Personal Training Sessions
Personal Training sessions are available throughout the day, including before and after office hours. During your sessions Max will be with you for 121 quality time and these will be booked on the Team Up app, so you can secure your time slot in advance.
Max will tailor your training sessions to enable you to work strategically and effectively towards achieving your personal goals. The Maximise Fitness App will be available for clients who choose the membership options which include bespoke strength & cardio training programmes. These will be written and reviewed regularly by Max, once your goals and any ailments have been identified. You will also take private check in pictures/videos (not compulsory) monitor weigh ins, follow your nutrition plan and log your data regularly.
Max will often be present in the gym, checking-in with clients and making sure the gym is running smoothly. He will also be available both face to face during your Personal Training sessions and general gym floor time and also online, via WhatsApp messaging. He will arrange private 1-2-1 sessions to alter plans and set new goals as needed.
